Basic Safety Training through hybrid session at Harbarindo Baharitama
Delivered to all employees, we covered HSE Fundamentals, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Personal Protective Equipment (PPR), Emergency Response, Life Saving Rules, Stop Work Authority (SWA) and other essential safe work practices.
There is one thing significant, the President Director and other Board of Directors joined the session from start to finish. A simple gesture, but it speaks volumes about leadership commitment. Leading by example really matters!
