Partners with JGC to Deliver Supervisor-Level HSE Training for BP Tangguh Project
Proudly contributed to the BP Tangguh Future Project through a strategic training collaboration with JGC, delivering specialised HSE training programmes for project supervisors. Our trainer was selected as one of a limited number of qualified professionals from dozens of candidates, reflecting the expertise, industry experience, and training capabilities required to support a major international energy project. Over a three-month period, more than 20 training sessions were successfully delivered, reinforcing the importance of effective safety leadership, supervisory accountability, and consistent HSE practices across project operations.
The programme brought together supervisors and professionals from diverse international backgrounds, including Japan, India, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, China, and South Korea. Delivered in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, the sessions facilitated effective cross-cultural communication, practical knowledge sharing, and interactive learning among multinational participants. This collaboration represents an important milestone for HSE Solution Expert, demonstrating our capability to deliver high-quality, bilingual HSE training within complex, multicultural project environments.
