Strengthening an Inclusive and Collaborative HSE Ecosystem Towards Zero Fatality at Elnusa Petrofin
Building a sustainable HSE ecosystem requires shared responsibility, inclusive participation, and strong collaboration across all organisational levels. These principles were at the heart of the discussion during the Opening of National Occupational Safety and Health Month (Bulan K3 Nasional) at PT Elnusa Petrofin, under the theme “Creating an Inclusive, Collaborative, and Sustainable HSE Ecosystem for Elnusa Petrofin's Workforce Towards Zero Fatality.” The session explored how proactive safety behaviours, leadership commitment, and collective accountability can strengthen workplace safety culture and support the long-term goal of preventing work-related fatalities.
