Strengthening Safety Culture Across SERA Group: Engaging Over 570 Employees in an Interactive HSE Seminar
Building a strong safety culture across large-scale transportation, logistics, and service operations requires consistent leadership commitment, employee engagement, and shared responsibility for workplace safety. This was the central focus of an interactive HSE seminar delivered by HSE Solution Expert for SERA Group, part of Astra Group. The session explored how safety culture influences everyday behaviours, operational decision-making, and organisational performance. The online seminar brought together more than 570 employees, making it one of the largest corporate HSE knowledge-sharing sessions delivered by HSE Solution Expert. Despite the virtual format, the event generated exceptional engagement, with numerous questions, active participation, and meaningful discussions throughout the session. The positive response extended to senior leadership, with the organising committee sharing encouraging feedback from a subsidiary’s President Director, who expressed strong appreciation for the presentation. Several Board of Directors (BoD) members also remained engaged until the conclusion of the programme, reflecting visible leadership support for safety culture development.
