We were honoured to deliver an exclusive Safety Leadership Training programme for PT Control Union Indonesia (PCU) in Jakarta, bringing together coordinators, managers, and senior leadership, including the company's Director. The full-day programme was tailored to the organisation's specific needs, covering four essential areas: Safety Leadership, Safety Culture, Safety Management Systems, and Emergency Preparedness & Response. Delivered bilingually in English and Bahasa Indonesia to accommodate both local and expatriate leadership, the training emphasised the critical role of management in strengthening safety accountability, improving organisational resilience, and embedding safety into everyday business operations.
The programme featured interactive discussions, practical case studies, and experience-sharing sessions that encouraged participants to connect safety principles with real workplace challenges. The strong engagement throughout the day, including enthusiastic discussions that extended beyond the scheduled closing time, reflected the leadership team's commitment to continuous learning and safety improvement.
