Strengthening Safety Leadership and Safety Culture at DSSP Power South Sumatra
As part of Indonesia's National Occupational Safety and Health Month (Bulan K3 Nasional), HSE Solution Expert was honoured to deliver a full-day seminar on “Safety Leadership & Safety Culture” at DSSP Power Sumsel, a company operating in Indonesia's power generation sector. The programme focused on strengthening leadership commitment, promoting proactive safety behaviours, and fostering a positive safety culture across the organisation. The participation of the President Director, Chief Technical Officer (CTO), and senior management team throughout the entire session demonstrated a strong commitment to making workplace safety a shared organisational priority.
